As co-owner of ZL & Co., she has built a welcoming space where clients feel cared for and leave feeling their best. Meg specializes in custom color and hand-tied extensions, while also bringing her eye for growth and detail to the ZL Plant Boutique. Together, the salon and boutique reflect her passion for cultivating beauty—whether through hair or an ever-expanding selection of plants.

Erica Baker-Hopper
Erica, a Boise native, has been a hairstylist for nearly 16 years. A wife and mother of two daughters, ages 12 and 5, she credits her family for keeping life full of energy and inspiration. Erica knew at just six years old that she wanted to follow in the footsteps of her great-grandmother and pursue a career in hairstyling—a passion she still carries today. She treasures the connections she builds behind the chair, where clients often become like family, and she enjoys both welcoming new faces and catching up with those who have been with her for years

Raquel's passion? Helping people achieve glowing, healthy skin! When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her out in nature, camping, fishing, paddle boarding, and taking walks with her dogs. She also loves traveling when she can and making core memories! Raquel loves making the most of her days off staying productive.

Gabrielle McCoy
Gabrielle aka Snails Nails is a nail tech who specializes in nail art, natural nail care, and spa services. She graduated from Aveda Institute in April of 2023, and has been professionally working since June of 2023.
Gabrielle strives to create an accepting and enjoyable nail experience. With the goal of always providing her clients with their dream set of nails. She is detail oriented and thorough in her work.

Mary Beltran
Mary is a hair, lash, tattoo, and energy-work artist who has been in the beauty industry since 2013. A true “Jane-of-lots-of-trades,” she specializes in hair color, cutting, perms, classic and volume lash extensions, tattooing, and Reiki energy work. An artist at heart, Mary is always exploring new ways to create with her hands and blend creativity with intuition.
Outside the studio, Mary has been with her husband for 15 years and is the proud mom of two sweet middle-school kids. Her family shares a love for animals, the outdoors, and spending summer days in and around the Boise River. Nature is her place of peace.
Clients can expect good company, lots of laughs, and beautiful, thoughtful work when sitting in Mary’s chair.

Mykel is a fiery and passionate creator who expresses herself through art and creation. Hair color and cutting, painting, and yoga are among her greatest passions. She has been providing beauty and spiritual services for nearly ten years.
Above all, Mykel is a devoted mama to her son, Kanyon, and her three fur babies. Happily married, she and her family enjoy spending their free time outdoors. She looks forward to connecting. ✨️
